How many children are you registering?*

Faith Formation Registration fee is $60 for each child or $165 for a family of 3 or more children. Fees are used to offset the cost of resources and supplies. No child will be denied faith formation for an inability to pay. Please contact the Faith Formation office for a special code to bypass payment if needed.
