Every Catholic Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes has customized readings and songs usually selected by the family of the deceased.* Many parishioners like to preplan their funeral to ensure that it is done in accordance with their wishes and to spare their family members or friends from having to make these decisions at what is always an emotional and stressful time.

We have organized things so that anyone can preplan their Catholic Funeral Mass online. Once the planning process is complete, the results will be kept on file by Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Office. You may want to print two copies of your plans, keeping one in your home, and giving a copy to the person you have designated as your point of contact. It is important to make your family members aware that this has been done and that these are your wishes.

• Gospel Reading from the Gospels list

Please make your six (6) selections from the MUSIC in the RESOURCES tab as follows:

• Song from the Gathering Hymns list
• Song from the Responsorial Psalms list
• Song from the Preparation of the Gifts list
• Song from the Communion Hymns list
• Song from the final Commendation list
• Song from the Sending Forth list
